TEXTBOOKS SOLD FOR SUMMER 1 (4 WEEK) SESSION ARE FINAL SALES.

SUMMER SESSION 2 (EIGHT WEEK) TEXT BOOKS ARE RETURNABLE WITHIN THREE DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE

AFTER JUNE 18.2008 SUMMER SESSION 2 SALES ARE FINAL

The New book must be in absolutely new condition. Books that are wrapped must stay wrapped. The sales receipt must accompany the New or Used book. Textbooks purchased after the 1st week of the semester may not be returned for a refund.

Lab Manuals, Course packs and study aids are non-returnable
Clothing is only exchangeable within 10 days with a receipt. No refunds.

Dropping a course or withdrawing from the University is not an acceptable reason for waiving the above requirements. Chicago Textbook Inc. reserves the right and the responsibility to refuse any refund where there has been an abuse of the above policy.
